[Note to clients] Coronavirus response: virtual career coaching options available
20 March 2020
Dear Wellington-based clients,
In light of the Coronavirus crisis, I understand some of you may appreciate an option to have your sessions online – either because you are self-isolating, have cold or flu symptoms or simply don’t feel comfortable being in and around the CBD at this time.
If this is the case and you would like to have your scheduled session online, please let me know 24 hours in advance of your session so that I can send you any preparation printing or materials needed. We can have the virtual sessions using Skype, Facetime, Zoom or Whereby – whichever platform you prefer.
For those who wish to continue face to face sessions (which, at this stage is fine, as the virus has not yet reached community transmission status in New Zealand), rest assured that surfaces in the office are regularly cleaned, and hand sanitizer is provided, along with biodegradable disposable cups for water. However, I would ask that, rather than use the Fastpay device to pay your invoice, please pay by online banking in advance. We will obviously continue to maintain a safe distance as per government guidelines.
In consideration of others, please DO NOT come to the office for your appointment if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, or if you have travelled overseas (or been in contact with people who have) in the past 14 days.
Stay well.
Warm wishes,
Lucy
